NOTD: Happy Birthday, My Love

Hello guys... I just caught a bad flu, this is the 3rd time this year. I'm just grateful it started on Friday, because I can't imagine going to work feeling this bad. I hope it gets a bit better till Monday.
April 15th was my boyfriend's birthday. I was very tired on Friday after work, so I only did this manicure on Saturday.
Since my boyfriend is an artist, I decided to go on with a brush & some paint splatter. I freehanded the brush using acrylic paint, and stamped some messy paint splatter with various konad polishes. I didn't clean the plates inbetween, because I wanted to mix the colors. The splatter is from plate m21. Then I stamped digits 2 and 9 from m42, to represent his age. The hearts on my thumb are from m18.
The base is OPI Suzi Says Feng Shui, two coats only. Great application, didn't need any clean-up. The color is close to French Blue to my opinion.

Happy Birthday, my love...

Tabandaki oje OPI Suzi Says Feng Shui, iki kat sürdüm. Uygulaması çok rahattı, hiç temizlik gerektirmedi.
Daha görmedi ama umarım beğenecek =)

Seni unutarak baktığımda bile
Dünyanın her yerlerinden geçiyorsun
Yayılıyorsun kalabalıklara.
Yalnız yayılmak mı...
Aşkın en büyüğü, en dayanılmazı demeli buna.

Review: Eyeko Nail Polishes - Vampira Polish & Vampire Nails

Last but not least, here I have Vampira Polish by Eyeko.

Vampira Polish is a black polish with red glitter, along China Glaze Lubu Heels, Milani Garnet Gem, Piggy Polish Midnight Fireflies, RBL Black Russian, etc. I only have China Glaze Lubu Heels to compare, but I'm sure they all look pretty much the same.

Here is Vampira compared to Lubu Heels:

Both are 3 coats, but Vampira was almost opaque in one, whereas Lubu was only opaque after the third coat. Lubu Heels has a lighter base, and the red glitter is very tiny. The glitter is a little bigger in Vampira, but still very dense. The base is darker, too, and it easily gets opaque. I must say I prefer Vampira Polish, because it requires less coats.

The only problem with Vampira Polish was the brush. It had too many stray hairs, and I had to trim those hairs to make the brush usable. But I'm sure this is just my bad luck, because the other brushes of Eyeko were just fine.
Vampira Polish is perfect for those who have missed out on the polishes I've mentioned above, or who are looking for that extra "oomph!" in a vampy polish.

Here is the manicure I would have done for PHD's Vampire Challenge for last week, if I wasn't busy with surgery and stuff. Basic vampy nails with blood splatter all over. Yum. Stamped with m21 in white, then layered with sheer red polish (Flor Mar #321).

So, that rounds up the Eyeko review. I hope you found them helpful & enjoyed the pictures =)
Eyeko polishes retail for £3.50, and can be found on www.eyeko.com.

Son olarak, Eyeko Vampira Polish'i tanıtacağım.
Eyeko ojelerini www.eyeko.com'da £3.50 fiyata bulabilirsiniz.
